Annual Pupil Survey 2013

The Annual Pupil and Student Survey is an online survey that provides schools, colleges and partners with information on pupils’ perception across a broad range of themes from staying safe to being healthy.

Pupils from schools and colleges were invited to take part between January and March 2013 and a total of 5,510 completed responses were received.

The results from this survey are used by schools and colleges to prioritise their developments and in some cases to make essential changes to the school organisation.  Many also use the survey results to support their Ofsted Inspections and self-assessments because consultation with pupils and parents is taking greater priority during the inspection process.  The results are also shared with parents and governors.

The data is used by partners to monitor trends, and to make commissioning decisions.
