Electoral Boundary Review in Stratford-on-Avon District

ConsultationThe Local Government Boundary Commission has begun consulting on new ward boundaries for Stratford-on-Avon District. The review has already agreed that the number of councillors will reduce from 53 to 36, and now the Commission is seeking views on how boundaries for the new wards should be drawn.

    As an ex-Alcester resident it is worrying that the number of councillors is to be so drastically cut, this has to be detrimental to our services.
