Proposal to increase the admission number of Milverton Primary School, Warwick District

ConsultationMilverton Primary School is a Community school in Leamington Spa serving the North of the town.  In October 2013 the school had 315 pupils on roll, an admission limit of 45 pupils per year, and a capacity of 315 pupils.

Warwickshire is experiencing and is forecast to continue to see, a significant growth in pupil numbers which is feeding into primary schools in certain areas.

You can find the proposal document here which sets out the need to increase the admission number of Milverton Primary School from 45 to 60 pupils per year with effect from September 2015 admissions.  It is proposed that additional accommodation is provided from September 2015.

We would like to know your views.  The deadline for responses is the 7th March 2014.

  • Attending one of the consultation meetings being held at Milverton School, Greatheed Road, Leamington Spa, CV32 6ES on Monday 27th January 2014:
  1. 3.00 – 4.00 pm – drop in session for parents in dining hall
  2. 4.14 – 5.15 pm – discussion session with staff
  3. 5.30 – 7.30 pm – drop in session for parents/local residents in dining hall
