Carers Support Survey, 2015

Do you have a loved one, friend or relative who needs your support with day to day living tasks due to disability, illness or aging?

Whether you give support to someone round the clock or for a few hours a week, in your own home or for someone living elsewhere, you are a carer.

A carer is someone who provides unpaid support to someone who could not manage without this help. Across the UK 1 in 8 adults are carers, supporting a loved one, friend or relative.

Carers enable loved ones to get the most out of life, make an enormous contribution to society and saving the economy billions of pounds.

However, caring can have a huge effect on us, our lives and our plans. Many of us are juggling care with work and family life, or even struggling with poor health ourselves.

In Warwickshire we want to support carers of vulnerable people to balance their caring roles and maintain their desired quality of life.

In order to drive the necessary improvements in services and develop a support offer that works for you we want to hear your views.

Please could you take 10-15 minutes to complete our survey. Click here to access the survey questionnaire. from Monday 8th June 2015.

Alternatively, you can complete the survey over the telephone by calling 01926 742515 between 9am-5pm from Monday 8th June to Friday 3rd July 2015.
