Local Flood Risk Management Strategy Consultation – Phase 1 consultation results

Under changes made in the Flood and Water Management Act of 2010, Warwickshire County Council is the Lead Local Authority (LLFA) responsible for managing local flood risk from surface water, groundwater and ordinary watercourses within Warwickshire.  It must assist in the management of local flood risk and develop, monitor and apply a Local Flood Risk Management Strategy.

A consultation  took place between January and March 2015 to gather responses forming the first stage of the formal county-wide consultation on the Local Flood Risk Management Strategy.

More details about the consultation can be found on this Ask Warwickshire page.

Warwickshire County Council are now publishing the results of the initial consultation.
